Scooter was rescued from a local shelter. At first we thought he was an ungroomed ?. However, once we shaved him down, he was definitely a Shih Tzu.
Scooter is in a foster home with other dogs. He loves to play and is an active young dog. He is learning his house manners and learned the doggie door in records time. With some training Scooter will be an outstanding dog.
